NavionTruck World Media, S.L. (hereinafter the CONTROLLER) processes the USER’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

- To respond to enquiries or requests submitted by the user through the contact means available on the site. (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR)

How long do we retain your data?
Data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing or while there are legal obligations requiring storage. When no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures (anonymisation or complete destruction).
Who do we share your data with?
No data will be shared with third parties except for service providers necessary for the stated purposes (e.g. communications, logistics), with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required data processing and confidentiality agreements in compliance with the regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided
By ticking the relevant boxes and completing fields marked with an asterisk (*) in forms, the USER freely and unequivocally agrees that such data are necessary to handle their request. Supplying data in other fields is optional. The USER guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to inform of any changes.
All data requested through the website are generally mandatory to provide an optimal service. Failure to provide them may result in information and services not fully tailored to your needs.
3. Security measures
The CONTROLLER complies with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD when processing the data under its responsibility, applying the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR: lawfulness, fairness and transparency; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality.
Furthermore, the CONTROLLER has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies and measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms of USERS and provides the necessary information to help them exercise their rights.
