Introduction
This contractual document governs these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the Terms) for products offered through the website www.store.naviontruck.com, owned by NavionTruck World Media, S.L. and marketed under the brand name NavionTruck (hereinafter, the SUPPLIER), whose contact details also appear in the Legal Notice.
These Terms will remain published on the website for the USER to consult and save as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by NavionTruck World Media, S.L.. The Terms in effect at the time of ordering shall apply. The SUPPLIER will archive the electronic purchase document and make it available to the USER upon request.
Contracts are not subject to any special formality except in cases provided for by the Civil or Commercial Codes or other applicable laws.
Acceptance of these Terms implies that the USER:
- has read, understood, and agrees with the contents herein;
- declares they have sufficient legal capacity to contract;
- accepts all obligations set out in these Terms.
These Terms are valid indefinitely and apply to all purchases made on the SUPPLIER’s website. The SUPPLIER is aware of the regulations in the countries it ships to and may unilaterally modify these Terms without affecting previously acquired goods or promotions.

Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the purchase and sale relationship arising when the USER accepts these Terms during the online purchasing process. The sale entails the delivery of a product in exchange for a specified and publicly displayed price on the website.
Correction of data
If the USER detects errors in the data published or in documents generated during the contractual relationship, they may report them to info@naviontruck.co.uk for correction. They can also update their personal data from their account.
Contracting procedure
To access the products or services, the USER must be of legal age or an emancipated minor and must register by creating an account. The USER shall provide accurate personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act, as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. The USER agrees to use their login credentials responsibly and to notify any loss or misuse immediately.

1. General contracting clauses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms. No clause or condition proposed by the USER shall prevail unless expressly accepted in writing by the SUPPLIER.
2. Dispatch and delivery of orders
No order will be dispatched until payment has been verified.
Shipments are generally made via GLS and DHL to the destination indicated by the USER.
Dispatch is made after confirming product availability and payment.
Estimated delivery time is between 2 and 12 working days, depending on destination and shipping method. The expected delivery date will be communicated before order confirmation.
Failure to execute a distance contract
If the product/service is unavailable within the specified time, the USER will be notified and may cancel the order, receiving a full refund at no cost or liability for damages. In the event of an unjustified delay in refund, the USER may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to any further compensation.
The SUPPLIER assumes no liability if delivery cannot be made due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the USER.
Delivery shall be deemed completed when the courier makes the products available to the USER and the USER (or their delegate) signs for receipt.
The SUPPLIER is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery; the USER may request correction, price reduction, or termination of the contract, and may suspend payment until the SUPPLIER fulfils their obligations.
3. Right of withdrawal
The USER has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of a service) to exercise their right of withdrawal, as provided in Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
All returns must be communicated by requesting a return number through the designated form or by email to sales@naviontruck.co.uk, indicating the invoice/order number.
If the return is made without the original packaging or arrives damaged, the SUPPLIER may charge £35.00 after prior notice.
Once a return number has been assigned, send the product indicating this number in the shipment letter, with shipping costs borne by the USER, to: NavionTruck World Media, S.L., Calle Salzillo 9, 1º E, 04740 Roquetas de Mar (Almería), Spain.

5. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control. Obligations shall resume once the event ceases.

The USER may not assign their rights or obligations without the consent of the SUPPLIER.
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The USER acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms.
7. General information about the offer
All sales and deliveries made by the SUPPLIER are subject to these Terms. Any differing clause must be expressly agreed in writing; such agreement shall prevail over these Terms.
8. Price and validity of the offer
Prices listed for each product/service include VAT or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Unless indicated, prices do not include shipping, handling, or additional services.
Prices (in GBP) may vary in real-time until the order is confirmed. Before purchase, all details (items, quantity, price, availability, fees, discounts, taxes, and total) will be displayed online. Once the order is confirmed, prices will be maintained.

9. Shipping costs
Unless expressly agreed, prices do not include shipping, installation, download, or other complementary services. Shipping costs are calculated when saving the cart, based on product weight and delivery address.
